I love weekend because 

I can sleep late and wake up late... 

I can enjoy coffee & pearl milk tea at night... 

I can spend time with my boy friend during weekend... 

Or sometimes I will go shopping & movie movie with my mommy... 

I can go drinking or clubbing if there is...

I can rest....

YA! I can do whatever I want!!

# 2 more days to July. Looking forward to my Melacca trip on 13th of July to celebrate my friend's birthday for 3 days 2 nights. We rent a bungalow with a private pool inside.

# Wanted to get a new camera. Either Canon S95 or the latest model S100, which is few hundreds buck different. Almost every key feature of S100 has been upgraded or updated.

I want to be fit!

 What have I been up to lately? 

I cut down on drinking unless it's special occasion or weekends, might grab a few pints but not like last time minimum of 2 jugs of beer. 

I hardly go out during weekdays, I spent more time of going yoga or fat burn cycling class ;) I even did abs exercise at home, hardcore one. :D I finally lose 1KG last week, and 2 more KGs to go to reach my ideal weight which is 50KG. 

Told myself I must keep it up because I want to have Jessica Alba's body!!! *buahaha* 

 *dang-dang-dang*!

Or this

I wanna get rid of my flabby tummy, so I will focus more on abs exercise. I downloaded this "Daily Ab Workout" app to my iPhone. It has 10 different set of abs exercise and video to be shown as well. 

To be frank, I just downloaded this yesterday. Oh well, I did 2 rounds of 20 repetitions for the following exercises:

1) Basic crunch

2) Right & left oblique crunch

3) Bicycle crunch

4) Crossover crunch

5) Half curl

My abs was screaming terribly after I did all these!!!!! Today I can feel the tightness on my abs. *woohoo, I feel so good yeah yea yeah~*

Remember this: - No pain No gain -

 

After that, I did thigh & butt exercise. My friend asked me to do squat exercise so it can tone up my leg and butt.  What you have to do is do 2 sets and each set you have to do one shot 50 times. I TELL YOU, it's TIRING!!!! -___-

My not so young birthday celebration

Hello peeps! Today's post is about my birthday celebration =)

I have been saving this draft up to a week, finally now I have the time to finish it up the post.

Time passes very quickly. I celebrated my 26th birthday @ Kampai Kota Damansara, and I felt like it just happened not long ago. The time just flies.

On 25th of May, my first birthday celebration with the big bunch at The Pool, Jalan Ampang. That was my first visit, I kinda like the place thou... =)

What is inside my bag¿?

How you guys spent your weekend? Hope you guys had a great one! =)

Today I want to blog about "What is inside my bag?".

 I guess usually guys will be curious what is inside women's bag?! Why woman need such a "huge bag"¿ Why is it so heavy¿ Why do we need to bring so many stuffs out¿ Treasure hunt whenever we need to find something? To be frank, sometimes I get lil frustrated as well when I was trying to find my stuffs from my bag though I have a bag organizer. *shake-head*!

Aite, bag organizer is designed to organize essentials item and keep everything in sight. Everything are kept so neatly inside the bag organizer, yet I can quickly change from one bag to another bag.

Bought this bag organizer when I was back to Taiwan. It's dirt cheap selling at Taiwan, unlike Malaysia. My friend told me that she saw it selling at the price of RM69.90 @ Robinsson?! WADAFUK! 

 

I left this out because I always forgot to put it inside my bag, it's pretty heavy okay!

 "Eh, where is the tissue¿" - Always forgot to bring tissue whenever I'm out. 

"Eh, why are there so many name cards¿" - Name cards given from friends & new met friends, PLUS, my own name card as well.

Guess what, I bought this hello kitty casing for the 2nd time already! :X The ribbon dropped off...

Inhaler & gastric medicine is a MUST to bring along. My gastric and asthma will attack me anytime they want.

ESSENTIAL?!  Haha! I can answer you loudly, "YES!!" I love to wear accessories, especially ring, earrings, bracelet and necklace. I don't like to find my hand empty.How about perfume? Well, I'm a smoker, I need to perfume to keep away the ciggy smell.

Cigarette. Nah, I don't smoke Marlboro Menthol, I prefer Marlboro Ice or Marlboro Black.

L'occitane hand creme is one of my favorite.

Recently, I'm a collector of body lotion and hand creme!!! I kept buying and those ain't cheap kiez (my wallet is getting skinnier...). 

Guess what, next I'm gonna get d Crabtree & Evelyn hand lotion! :D I love their smell.
